A harsh winter brings immense needs, and the cold does not wait for anyone.

The Human Relief Foundation (HRF) distributed winter blankets in the Akkar region to underprivileged families and displaced Syrian refugees living in difficult conditions, in a humble effort to ease the severity of the cold and remind them that they are not forgotten.

Despite all challenges, humanitarian work continues, because dignity knows no season, and standing by people in need is a human duty above all else.
