In the wake of the airstrikes that ravaged South Lebanon over the course of the last 12 months, leaving it among the most severely affected areas in the country, we made the decision to prioritise the implementation of our food assistance program in this region.
The lack of aid and resources entering South Lebanon underscored the critical need for our support, as we aimed to provide relief to those struggling to access basic necessities in the aftermath of the devastation.
Our distributions took place in the villages of Marjayoun and Kafr Shuba.
